TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
♦ My work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.
♦ All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.
♦ As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs such as portfolios, unless discussed otherwise by both parties.
♦ Commercial used for branding and streaming: +50%
♦ Commercial used for merch: +100%
♦ You must credit to me (@meeowie_) as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.
♦ TURN AROUND: I aim to finish commissions within the same month that they were accepted. But at times it may take longer (2 to 3 months) to finish depending on your slot number and my life schedule.
❌ No one is allowed to use my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token).
♦ I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason.PAYMENT POLICY
♦ 50% of payment is required after I sent the sketch and was approved by you. The rest must be send after I had sent the preview of the finish product.
♦ No refunds allowed.
♦ All prices are in USD and VND (1 USD= 23.000 VND)
♦ I only accept payment through PayPal ( or via domestic banks if you're a Vietnamese)OTHER FEE
♦ PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE = +$20 if you don't want your commission to be published by me for portfolio, social media post, or other publication media
♦ REVISION FEE = Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per revision
♦ RUSH FEE = If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1 week). We will discuss about the fee.
♦ Prices will be adjusted to the complexity of the character design and details added.PROCESS
♦ Sketch-->Cleaned sketch/Line art-->Flat colors-->Rendering
♦ While working on the commission I will send you W.I.P (work in progress) to update you and fix anything you are unsatisfied, so be sure to check your email or DM frequently because I need your feedback to continue.
♦ You will received a google drive which includes 2 version of the commission, a watermark and a nonewatermark one.DOs- Original character (any gender)
